Have had on going issues dating back to Nov 2022. I have had a number of replacement Waterproof MP3
This recent issue has been going on 7 weeks already. I supplied every document and email ever received (there are Lots!!!) and still getting we will call (they dont) and respond in 1 - 2 working days!
come on Sony sort it out please!
