Sony Xperia C5 Ultra won't turn on

My phone won't turn on and I've tried everything I could like detaching the sim card and memory card, and pressing the power and volume up and down buttons at the same time. It started when the apps kept crashing so I restarted it and then suddenly it wouldn't turn on. But the red light turns on when I charge it. How do I fix this problem?

I'm sorry to hear this.

I'm afraid it looks like you have tried most of the relevant troubleshooting already. What I do recommend however is that after you forced reset your device (volume up and on/off key), you charge your device for 30 minutes or until you see a charging symbol on the display.

If there is no change I recommend that you perform software repair using Xperia Companion.
