Camera button not working

Hello, I bought Sony xperia C5 ultra just day before yesterday. I am not able to click pictures by pressing the camera button provided below the volume rocker. When I press the button, flash light flashes but the picture doesn't capture. Is there any setting to activate the camera button or is there any problem in my new phone??

There are 2 phases: focus and shoot. Half press will focus and start the flash, full press should take the picture.

Sir, when i full press the button then also it doesn't take the picture.

Ok,try settings-apps-all-camera,force stop and clear data. Restart and check.

Hello, i am experiencing the same problem, i try to force stop and clear data, and restart, long press, anything. But still it doesnt work . Is there any method to fix this ?
