lost my backup

hello. guys i have a big problem, i downloaded the sony pc compainon and i took a backup for my sony ( messages + contacts etc. )

and then i did reset factory and when i finished i went to use the restore of all my files that i had to back it up,

but for sorry i clicked on delete botton ( i know it's a big mastik - but that happend )

now i losy my backup. all of my messages and contacts

i'm really upset and i don't know what i can do about it,

please i really need help

i used some programs that makes me recover the delete files but not working with me and i saw that there is some apps maybe help me to recover my stuff but they all need to root my phone and i don't have any Idea how to root it

help please Cuz i might lose my mind now

You could use RECUVA on your PC, you might be able to retrieve the file.

the programs show me alot of files and i didn't find my file.

I BACKED UP PHONE ON D SONY COMPAN CLEARED THE PHONE AND INSTEAD ON PRESSING RESTORE I PRESSED BACHUP AGAIN NOW IV ONLY THE SECOND BACKUP AND LOST THE FIRST 1 IV PHOTOS THAT MEAN A LOT HELP PLEASE
