My device is c4 dual Sim. But I can not update to new version ( android 6) I see this massage( after download new version) you could not install.

If you're having trouble installing the update directly from the phone, you may wish to try the update using Xperia Companion.

Hello.

I have a Sony Experia C4 and when I want update it to Andorid 6 then the update can't install. My phone Download the update and when my phone reboot for install update then it show me an error about that update can't install.

How can I solve it?
