Hello.
Recently i bought sony xr65x94j. everyrhings been ok apart from netflix app-after 10-15 minutes of wqtching is going back to home screen. I ve been trying everything-factory reset,reinstalling, clearing data and still same...
is there any solution?
Have you tried clearing the cached data for the entire TV instead of just for Netflix? (under Device Preferences - Storage - Internal Shared Storage - Cached data, then hold power to restart)

unfortunatelly that didnt help as well:( netflix still crashes
Did you try more than one content on Netflix? all have the same issue?
I had the same problem after installing the software update when I started the TV. I cleared all the cache, then had to do a full factory reset to finish it. That seems to have fixed it.

ok i think i found solution. i did factory reset than i didnt register to google and same update was not done....netflix was working ok ...then i regiatered and update was done automatically and same...crashes after 5 or 10 min...i did another factory reset and netflix working ok but it looks like netflix recent update breaks app.
