Issue connecting with Alexa in Luxembourg

Hi,

I have just bought new sony android TV, 65XH8096 and I am unable to connect with Alexa, when I click on the app, it says feature not available in your country (Luxembourg). is that true? if yes, is there a work around? can I simply go and change the country to UK, would that solve?

Hello Rishimkja,

It seems that Alexa is eligible in limited countries, and unfortunately it's not possible to change the TV's location settings to UK. You can get in touch with Amazon they might offer an alternative!
