Upgrade from A58 to A99

I have the A58 and am seriously considering upgrading to the A99. Will my lenses work with the A99? Any advice greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Your lenses will fit but full functionality may be a problem.

The A99 is a full-frame camera, meaning that the lenses should be full-frame compatible (read: larger lenses). If you have so called "DT" Sony lenses or DC Sigma lenses or Di II Tamron lenses, they won't fit the entire sensor. The A99 will switch to crop mode. DT is not always mentioned on the lens, but you can simply google the correct name.

This is what happens if you use a APS-C lens on a FF sensor. If crop mode is used, 11 megapixels remain.
