Sony LA-EA5 A Mount to E Mount Lens Adapter Compatability

I'm looking to upgrade from my Sony A58 to an A6400, but don't really want to have to buy new leses allin one go. Can anyone confirm if this adapter is compatable with the fllowing Lenses :-

Tokina AT-X 11-16 mm f2.8

Tamron 70-300mm F4/5.6 DI LD Macro

I didn't try to test it with lenses other than Sony lenses to be honest, you can find them here

We can wait for other users replies as well to check if there's anyone who tried other lenses with this adapter and did it work or not

Hi,

I decided to bite the bullet and buy the adapter. I can confirm that AF does not work for either lens, However it is possble to Manually Focus the Tokina Lens. The Tamron lens is a complete no go.

All in all I can still use 3 of my 4 Lenses so still worth while.
