Hi there

This forum is primarily a community run forum, therefore you should not expect a direct response from Sony.  If you want a direct response from Sony, you must contact Sony Support directly.

Saying that though, the most probable reason why you have not had a response on these forums may be a simple case of - no one knows.

Since your response today, I have seen that a forum moderater has picked up your question and has esculated it to Sony Support.  Hopefully you should get a full response soon.

I totally agree with you smithphilip1, you get more sense by talking to a brick wall than you do from talking Sony 'Support'.
