I remember that in some early beta of Android 10 there was a screen recording added, but it was removed later on. For Xperia devices after the Xperia Z5-series you will need to download a third party application from the Google Play store to record the screen (you can record the game play in certain games using the Game enhancer though).
If you search for "record screen" or "screen recorder" there will be plenty of options to choose from, or just go with the suggestion that @elpvn gave.
