Case Ref: 23512311
It has taken over 2 months to get my account reactivated - and it’s not been resolved.
I’ve spoken to Customer Service 2/3 times a week, including Team Managers who constantly tell me the case is with the Escalations Team but, they’ve been saying that for nearly a month now !!!
Has anyone else had these types of delays ??
I’ve started posting on social media sites about how terrible PS customer service is - the word needs to get to the wider audience.
They take your money for games / products etc and don’t want to help. We were advised at one point to create a new acct - despite having hundreds of pounds of games on the current account. !!!
Had nothing but dead batting, unhelpfulness and downright obstruction from Sony and their agent Spatial Oud and vision. All I wanted was some technical help but was made to feel worthless and an irritant. Oh well good job I only spent the small amount of £1999 plus installation !
