Xperia Backup & Restore can't restore from Google Drive

Hi,

I have a Sony Xperia Z3 phone.

I am trying to restore a backup created by Xperia Backup & Restore.

The backup is located on Google Drive.

I go into Backup & Reset - Xperia Backup & Restore - Restore data, and I'm given the option to restore from my online account (Google Drive).

When I click this I get:

Backup & Restore would like to 'have offline access'

I click on 'allow' but it just keeps re-asking the same thing.

How can I restore my Xperia backup from Google Drive?

hello @paulg32 

if you add the same google account on your device. it would usually sync the data with that device. if not try looking at individual services like Google Photos. Google Contacts etc
