Kamerafehler Xperia Z5 compact nach Android Update

Hallo, 

habe heute das Update von Android 6 auf Android 7 durchgeführt.

(Xperia z5 compact) 

Nun habe ich keinen Zugriff mehr auf meine Kamera. Es folgt beim Aufruf der Kamera App die Mitteilung, dass eine andere App bereits auf die Kamera zugreifen würde.

Ich habe gar keine andere Kamera App. 

Woran kann das liegen, wie kann ich den Fehler beheben?

Try:

Goto settings -> apps -> Camera -> Storage & Cache -> clear cache

Hello,

i deleted the cache, but it does not work.

The problem is since i updated to Android 7. Before this it works without problems.

The camera app says, the camera is in use with an other app.

But, when i use an Phone Check tool, or th QR-Code-Scanner, these apps are able to use the Camera. I see the Pictures in the Display.

And other Problem since the Update, the Battery. Before i can use the Smartphone the whole day. Now, the battery keeps only maximun a half day .

Needs Android 7 so much more energy? I think there is a bigger problem. Is it possible to go back, downgrade to Android 6?

Best change is when you backup everything, download all your pictures, backup apps like WhatsApp seperately and then do a software repair with Xperia Companion.

Before doing so charge the battery to > 80%
