XZ3 SCREEN DON'T WORK PROPERLY WHEN ANSWERING CALLS

Okay... I have now done the factory reset.. Have no installed apps, and have nothing aftermarket in the phone exept my sim card.. I found out that "phoneapp" or the proximity sensor only fails when the phone is SCREEN DOWN position when receiving a call... I have called to myself atleast 20 times both screen down and screen up and not once phone failed when in screen up position.. ALMOST EVERYTIME when screen down before pickup, the proximity sensor failed to close the screen properly when answering the call, and you could push buttons with your face.. so how can this be FIXED?

I have the same problem but it doesn't require the phone to rest on it's display or the opposite before a call. Honestly I can't find a pattern, it happens randomly and it's not a software issue. It's just cheap hardware from Sony. Many have this issue, I also started a similar thread that has much feedback. It can't be fixed.
