Xz1 died after update February 2019

Xz1 died after update February 2019
After the last update, the phone started to restart continuously. At first the menu appeared, then not even that, it turns off, it restarts, Sony becomes visible and turns off again. I tried restarting myself, forcing restart, safe mode, until the restart of 2 minutes and nothing. All this with the battery charged, with the sim card, without it. I tried to connect to the computer to see if the Companion could fix it, but it does not detect the phone, I'm using Sony's USB cable and nothing. All this I explain so they do not tell me to try something I've already done. I only know that it worked perfectly until the last update, which was just after the year of warranty ended. I had a phone that worked perfectly for me and now it's useless.

I've edited your post as this is an English only forum, you can use Google Translate to reply and/or post.

What if you test a different computer or if that's not option, try connecting the phone to a different USB port and a different cable if possible, it will be wise to reinstall Xperia Companion

Me too.

Sony service centre is a joke! They blamed third party apps. Every time I factory reset and reinstall everything it works for a couple of days until the next app update. This is my last Sony phone.

My phone worked perfectly until the pie update in February  Since then it has had issues freezing(which I fixed myself by uninstalling avg) The problem of the phone going off when idle is ongoing. I sent the phone to the service centre and they factory reset it and sent it back with the two problems persisting. They  blamed third party apps such as bbc news and netflix and dropbox, so decided to forget the idea of relying on Sony. I have had half a dozen Sony phones and numerous other products. This will be the last because they don't seem willing to find the problem or offer any fix. It just seems to be trial and error trying to find the app or setting that causes the problem. The engineer who factory reset the phone is no genius he did what I did but he clearly didn't bench test the device. The worst thing is that I feel like they think I'm being dishonest about my problem.

AVG and other antivirus apps do slow down phones and create other issues, so that's gone now since you uninstalled the app

you could boot in Safe Mode for a day, this will disable ALL third party apps, if not all day, several hours, if you don't experience the issue then it is a third party app acting up.

Based on my experience, I think you might have a faulty SIM card, I've seen that happening
