Xperia xz2 UI stopped working

After using the camera my phone crashed and rebooted and now all hardware seems to be malfunctioning. WiFi doesn't turn on when I want but it will turn itself on after a while, same with Bluetooth. Camera crashes after opening the app and sometimes just by sliding the notifications bar down the phone crashes and UI stops working, not even letting me restart the phone. I have hard reset the phone 5 times but it didn't help. 😣

I'd suggest that you perform a software repair using Xperia Companion. This will do a clean installation of the latest firmware and will also wipe your internal memory. Don't forget to backup using Xperia Companion, but preferably without adding apps or settings to the backup.
