Wi-Fi not working

After last update my wifi stoped working after my Phone been a sleep. When i log in The wifi refuses to start. I can't restart The normal way. I hav to Hard reboot. Then wifi work untill i let The Phone Bee for a short time. And my Phone is laggy as well, apps just stop working.

I have a similar issue after the May security patch, my WiFi will come on when it feels like it and it is only guarenteed to come on for a while after a hard restart.

I had to factory reset My phone. And made more room on sd. Now everything works again.
