Volte,vowifi,vilte

my phone operator is Orange Romania, it has implemented the technologies volte, vowifi. My phone is XZ1 single sim (G8341) free network, customized for BLX (Belgium, Holland, Luxembourg) I asked the operator to activate my sim two services and it activated me but still does not work motivating that the phone is not compatible but I know the modem has a lot of configurations. What can I do in this case, I appreciate any answer.

As stated your phone may need a operator-costumized firmware.

Hi @flo1962!

As @NunoSEN2 mentioned, your phone must sometimes be operator-branded and/or use operator-customised system software for you to be able to use both VoLTE and VoWiFi and your operator should be informed if this is needed or not. For example, I'm situated in the Nordics and if I use a device with a German customized software, I won't be able to see/use VoLTE or VoWiFi in a supported device with the operator that I have, as it needs to be the Nordic customized software in the device.

I hope that explains it a bit further and get in touch with your operator as they should have more information about the requirements.
