Sometimes i cant end a call

does your phone has a protective case, film and/or glass that might be blocking/covering or partially covering the proximity sensor?

There is a setting that might be helpful for you.

Goto settings -> accessibility and find the switch power button ends call.

No, the sensor its ok, Is not all the tkme the issue, i have with the Phone 3 weeks AND Tha happened 2 times

Hi @Carl33, sorry to hear about this and this must be very annoying.

I haven't actually seen something like this before, but to me it looks like the network does not understand that you have ended the call and doesn't send the correct notice to the device. It's hard to say if that is exactly what occurs without doing some more troubleshooting.

Is it possible at all to tap the round middle button, the back button or the recent application buttons at the bottom of your device, or is it just stuck on this screen?

If you are able to access these buttons, tap the recent applications button (the square to the right) and swipe away the Phone application to the right or left and that should turn the application off.

You can also keep an eye out of this occurs when you are at a certain place, or calling a certain number/operator, just to try and narrow it down, since it does not always occur in every call.

I can use any app but not the power button because i turn on the optionto end the call with the powet so i have to hold the power b and the up volume

If you can access the square at the bottom right to see your open applications, swipe the Phone application to the right or left and see if that ends the call, if this occurs again.
