I'm having a hard time to make it work. It's on but its not working sad. Before I updated my phone its working.  Before even if 8 dont want to its sensing my touch. But everytime I need it never work. What happen?

did you try to turn off and then back on the feature as presented here?

Hi Cheeki,

Experiencing the same problem. After the last software update from Sony my Side Sense is working poorly. It randomly stops working. When i tap the back button in the bottom of the screen it suddenly works again. Is that what you mean?
