Screen Turns on Every Morning

Every morning at about 5AM my XZ1C screen turns on.  I haven't touched it all night and am not doing anything with it when this happens.  The screen lights up and then after a few seconds fades away to it's normal screen off mode.

Any ideas why this might be happening?

Hve you tried booting into safe mode before you go to bed to determine if it's system or a third party app causing the event?

System wise it may be worth checking that no alarms are set, a recurring event hasn't been set in the calendar, an automatic rule hasn't been set in do not disturb (Settings > Sound > Do not disturb > Automatic rules) and that no actions have been set in Xperia Assist (Settings > Xperia Assist > Xperia Actions).

Thanks for the suggestion.

I found the solution.  It was a blue light filter app that was set to stop at 5AM.  Deleted it and replaced it with a different filter and no more screen turning on.
