Screen time out during video

Hi, as of about a week or less ago, my screen is timing out during video playback. This includes during Netflix, or in Chrome. 

Running build 47.2.A.10.28 on my xz1. Android 9.

Anyone else experiencing this? and any tips on how to stop it, other than ramping up my overall screen time out to an hour?

Does this happen on full screen mode?

Yes. full screen mode on chrome, and Netflix is always full screen anyway
