You mean you cannot accept the call?
Normal behaviour is that when a call comes in you do not have to unlock the screen.
Just accept the call.
If you, after the call, want to check mail or whatever you will have to unlock the phone.
Same goes for instance for the alarm.
No unlocking needed.
