Remaining time to full charge not displayed on lock screen (Android 8.0)

Hello

I'm using this phone for about 2-3 days and I've noticed that "time to full charge" is not displayed on lock screen.

Device is brand new. It comes with Android 7.1.1 and I've update it to 8.0 with May 2018 security patch.

I'm not using themes other than stock themes that came with device.

I've enabled Battery Care if that means anything and using Sony charger (not Quick Cahrge capable) that came with device itself.

Before this I used Xperia Z3 with Android 6.0.1 and this useful info works just fine.

Any ideas?

It could be because of the battery care is learning the charging pattern,

Remember, when using battery care it won't directly charge to 100% and instead will pause at 90% then resume to 100 just before your learned time for waking.

As such the time to charge full text becomes irrelevant.

Thanks for clarification. I also noticed that is charging to 100% despite the fact that Battery Care is turned on.
Maybe is to soon. I'll wait Battery Care to kick in.

Yeah, it will learn your pattern for a few days, then start working.
