In call volume slider

Can i get rid of the in call volume slider option, for example when I'm watching a video and press the side volume control, it always goes onto in call volume first, then i have to drag the 4 volume options down and select media, this has just started, as it only used to be 3 pull down options!!!

That is strange, the in call volume slider should only appear during an active call, try restart your phone to see if the issue disappears.

Hi @Zander2016, sorry to hear about this.

As @NunoSEN2 mentioned, this sounds very strange, since when you are watching a video / listening to music and you press volume up or volume down, the media volume should be changed, not the ring tone/notification volume or the in-call volume.

If you experience the same behaviour after restarting your device, try restarting it in safe mode. That way we can make sure that no downloaded application is the cause of this as they will be temporarily disabled in this mode.
