When I was on the call with on my Sony Xperia XZ, the phone call will suddenly disconnect (I can't hear the caller and the caller couldn't hear me). The mobile phone is still able to function by pressing the home key to launch other applications.Unfortunately, when I tab back to the call again, the application still in 'hang' state. I couldn't end the call manually, I couldn't make another call and I couldn't receive calls. I can only wait for the application to end call itself for more than 2 minutes. I am facing this problem in less than a week after I bought the phone (totally new condition). I spent at least two months to solve this problem, I tried to reformat the phone, change to a new sim card, even sent to sony service center for a repair, but the problem is still there after 2 weeks I got back my phone from the repair service! The most ridiculous thing that happened when I send my for repair at sony service center, the servicers told me the phone is in good and functioning condition without any problem detected, their first diagnosed it is that the telecommunication side problem that caused the dysfunction I faced. I don't think it is telecom service problem as I've used DIGI for more than 10 years. Why am I the only one encountering this problem? Later, they agreed to assist me in solving this problem by sending in the phone for further investigation with the technicians. I got a phone call a week later to retrieve my phone. They servicer informed me that the phone was checked and the phone really had no dysfunction and they just help me reformat the phone again. If the phone is totally functioning well, why the problem still remains.
I am very tired and disappointed on sony as I've been loyal to the brand/company since my first Sony Ericsson phone.
Is it really worth for a phone at RM3099, even there's a problem that couldn't be fixed?

after try the safemode still got the problem, no any update for me?
try this,
go to settings >> Apps & notification >> app info >> find the phone app and press it >> select force stop >> next storage >> clear data and clear cache.
restart the phone and check

Ya, I tried a new sim card the problem still had happend, but I tried to use that sim card on other phones (samsung note 2) during the period my Xperia XZ Premium sent to repair, the no problem happened
Then I was going to suggest making a software repair with Xperia Companion (is better than factory reset) but I don't know if that was already made in service center.
