Most settings related to the screen can be found in Settings > Display. What exactly are you looking for that you can't find in here?

@Strampke, yep yep! That is mostly for the home screen, but there are some other settings in there as well!

While watching a movie from the phone, the bottom menu doesn't go.

I want it to cover the screen completely while watching the movie

Yes youtube is the same and all the other sites are the same, why isn't I covering the screen while watching a video and going to the menu bar?

gt
