shutter key, Good Matte Finish Body, compact to hold, Better battery than Z( actual Usage), Less Internal storage 8gb Vs 16 gb in Z.

Bigger screen size as well as better pixels, Premium Finish, so Premium Services, (there are some cons on the glass body though), glass back not as hard as they brag about it. Getting better in every update. ZR really looks smaller compared to Z.

Common Issues in Both.

Mic, Less Sound, Bad call quality,

Verdict

Pay More get more internal storage, and bigger phone with full HD display,

Pay 10k Less and get almost same features.

best buy would be ZR money point of View, Z premium and stylish point of view..

Go for the Z1 as it has a similar design as the Z with a Camera button, water proof not just water resistant and a far better screen, camera sensor, lenses, housing materials, CPU/GPU. But if you must choose between Z and ZR I would go with the Z

What is difference between water proof & resistant ?

Water resistant means it can keep out water forms like rain and might be able to keep out water in a pool for a short period of time where water proof means it can withstand large amounts of water for long periods of time.
