Hi Guys,

Problem continues to bother me, i am sick of it.

Meanwhile i called Sony Support in Germany, and they asked me to send the Device to the Repair Service - and for sure, I will.

Let you know when it comes back.

I understand that it's frustrating to not have a working phone.

I'm afraid that this may be related to hardware and in that case only a service centre will be able to repair your phone.
