Z3+ overheating so much can nearly touch it

Hi my 4 week old z3+ has been overheating even when nothings running in background so hot that it felt like it had been in a boiling kettle the top left app was clicking on&off itself and top left corner came away and looks like it's melnted from inside yet vodafone service repair team said I dropped it and there's no problem, I know 100% it's not been dropped there wanting £240 to repair it what should I do I'm not paying for it I know it's not my fault please help

First thing to try is to repair the phone with PCC

But it's only 4 weeks old and the top left corner has popped off ( hanging buy melted plastic) it surly must b burning things on inside if it can do that!?!

PCC should smooth things out and there might be a new update.

Iv been in touch with Sony there gonna sort it but can't believe vodafone we're saying it's my own fault through dropping it and tried to charge me stupid money still gonna try n get replacement...

That's horrible, but I've seen a lot and experience some myself of network excuses blaming the user

Finally got a replacement I said I didnt want the z3+ as there's loads of bad reviews n asked for the z3compact,or the z5compact n the director for vodafone said that I won't b every z3+ and sent me the same 1 since I've been using it anx adding my apps it's getting stoggie dunning reply slow should I try the update on pc companion?
