Z3 has curved

Hi I have a Z3 and has curved because I was the temperature when the battery is charged , plus I is taking off the back cover. It appears that this flaw is affecting many users have anyone know if Sony has spoken about it?

my z3 had to be repaired three times by manufacturing defects infiltration of liquids and a week I have returned for the last time ago.
I have commented in the forum because there are many cases z3 are bending and not due to misuse , rather like a default by excessive temperature reaches the terminal

@z3cruz. Sorry to hear that. As far as I know I'm personally using z3 and I find it hard to believe that it got bent due to heat. If the phone gets hot it switches itself off automatically. So there is no chance that it gets heated so much that it's easy to bend. According to my guess you may have received a defective piece or some or the other external pressure was applied on phone. Please take it to nearest service centre and check with them for solution. Being hardware problem I guess people over here have nothing to do with this till you take your device to service centre and get a job sheet.

Sadly, you THINK there is no chance. You said yourself, there is a chance he recieved a defective piece.

Now I am a victim of a bend phone, too. Due to extreme heat. I thought exactly like you: the phone should turn off, right? My phone got incredibly hot one very hot summer day. I was playing some games when the temperature jumped all of a sudden into unnormal heights. I immediately put away my phone, trying to let it cool down. It did not turn off, I did not even get a warning message. Nothing. When the phone cooled down, I took it in my hand and I was shocked. It slightly bend. 

No, I did not sit on it. This phone has no scratch, I am extremely careful with my things. My boyfriend has the same phone, but he never had any problems. When we were sitting next to each other, doing the same thing (9gag) my phone would get very hot whereas his remained the normal temperature.

So yes, it is a possibility and it is very important that there is a way to take care of it.

Hi, as I wrote had my Sony z3 curved and with a detached lid, finally I sent it to the service, via Sony directly and I was repaired under warranty and replaced defective parts. Great service from Sony. The sad thing is that if you send by the moving company authorized Sony service limited has back it without fixing indicating that it is misuse and that makes Sony who seems that it does not want to be responsible for the repair, I think that they should better control the reports that are made from phones that are sent has repair to prevent it from being company Sony coming out wrong stop going.

I'm glad to hear that it was repaired
