z3 dual front screen cracks

hi im here in saudi arabia. ive seen a lot of post concerning cracks on their screen. particularly with their z3's. i have a z3 dual. got it last October pre-ordered from sony. one of the first person to have a z3 here in saudi. been a sony fan since i was a kid. all my gadgets are Sony. when i got my sony z3, ive been taking care of it like a baby. but sadly yesterday, 3/20/2015,  my screen cracks for no reason at all. i've never put my phone in my pants' pocket. i always put it in my chest pocket. close to my heart. when i got out of my car, and about tho check  my phone, it has cracks on it. not just 1 hairline, but plenty.... i dont know what happened. ive never experienced this with my previous sony phones.. i don't want to transfer to any other brands.. but i can't afford to have this kind of issues.. Sony please help me..

i called the customer service. sadly we couldnt understand each other. i thinks hes an arab or somethin'. finaly sony world told me to go to one of their service center near my place. they told me they're going to run some LCD STRESS test to check if it is intentionally or un-intentionally damaged. if its self-cracked then they said they will replace it. so i went there and expected the test. but what happened is this tech guy just looked at my phone and told me theyre going to fix it for 1000 riyals.he didn't even run the test. i told him about the test but then he still insisted that that i pay for it...  this is the only service center around my place.. so the line ends here... i don't know what to do anymore.. im scared to buy sony phones. my sony z3 tab is doin ok i love it. but my z3 dual, with the add that its one of the most durable phones... i think my older acro s is way more durable.. sony please help me..
