Z3 compact screen recording

When I try to record my screen using the integrated app and try to go on a game it just stops recording, does anyone else have this problem or have a solution? thanks

I think the inbuilt screen record app will work only with the default apps,not sure about 3rd party.

I've tested this before and it works on a game, if it doesn't work with you, it could be the game, which game is it?

I've tried it on Clash of Clans, Doodle Jump, Dots and Angry birds but they all just say they are recording for about 8 seconds then the record icon just disappears and it doesn't record anything

Just tested with a Z3 and Clash of Clans and it worked just fine, are you using a third party launcher?

Also check if you have enough space on your phone.

Got exactly the same problem. Even in main screen if you start recording, it lasts only 8 seconds in FullHD quality. Once you minimized your quality, it begins to record durably, in any app you want, any time.
