Z3 Compact Camera Glass Stains

Hello,

I bought my D5803 from Vodafone Ro, about a month ago, and yestarday I notticed that the back camera glass has some nasty stains on it. The weird thing is that I took great care of my device, never submerge it underwater or subject it to any substances, no shocks, nothing and protective film on both sides.

Does anyone else have this issue?

Also I observed that this stains influence the focus of the camera, as a lot of pictures are out of focus.

I have the same problem.  Like new condition,  but the camera glass have some nasty stains in it.  I will send it to sony.  Thanks

Finnaly I managed to get the phone on in service due to their awful pick-up scheldue. After 2 days thay swapped my phone with a new one.

Now I see actually that those stains affected very much the photos and the time needed to take a picture.

I had the same issue, i bought it last december and after 2 months the stain starts to build up. Then the picture is so blurry. I tried to wipe the camera lens with a soft tissue with alcohol. it worked for me.

Same here, the stains seem to expand with use, it started with a small spot, now is almost the whole surface of the camera lens
