Z2 Call issues - micro noise

Hello all

I have a problem since today on my Z2, I cannot be heard by persons who called me or that I call.

There is an awfull noise (like a train....) and my interlocutor only hear this noise and not me.

I re*installed all, and also try

settings > call settings > mic noise suppression

Nothing worked 

Can you please assist ?

I have the same problem. During talking my words are interrupted and cut off.... The problem intensifies when I hold the phone with my shoulder (or cover the upper part of the phone). I tried to change settings "noise Reduction" but no reaction....

My friend has the Xperia Z2 and has the same problem.....

I guess this is a factory defect !!

I used to have a problem like that. But it only occured after removing the mobile from water.later on i found that the speakers contain some water droplets.so after submerging the phone below water u have to leave it for about one hour so that the water in the speakers dry out.

Mine does the same. Dreadful device. Not fit for purpose. It's embarrassing - feels like Sony have mugged me for several hundred pounds with zero support.

Sony gave me new Z2 but I had the same problem so I sent the new Z2 to the Service again..... It is completely embarrassing...
