Z1s needs a FACTORY(not hard) reset without screen use.

The screen is not working. I cannot enter code to enter screen.

I need to reset the phone to Factory so there is no locked screen. I purchased the phone new.

Does the screen work but not touch or is both the touch and LCD broken and you have no image
