Z1c (android 5.02): call waiting problem

Hi

since updating to lollipop, I'm encountering the following problem:

during phone calls I usually get a second call (call wainting). If I now want to switch to the second caller (using the "hang up and switch" button) he/she cannot hear me, but I can perfectly hear him/her. I then have to hang up and call back. This problem never occured under android 4.4.4. Anyone having an idea how to resolve the problem?

Hi,

I have just tried this here with a Z1 Compact and it works fine. Could you perhaps boot your phone into safe mode to see if same thing happens?

Thank you for your quick reply. I tested the device in safe mode. The bug still exists. I found out that only call switched using the "hang up and switch" button are affected. If I only answer and then end my first call (first person hangs up), the second caller can hear me. As I mentioned, this is not the case when switching while using the hang up and switch button. So I think there might be a bug in the system.

And which build number do you have? You can see this via Settings > Abount phone > Build number (in the bottom of the list).

I am not able to replicate this issue and I have tried it with a Z1 Compact with the same build number. One thing that came to my mind, have you made sure that you don't press the Mute button which will cause this behaviour?

If not, I suggest that you try another SIM-card (if possible, a SIM-card from another operator) to exclude problems related to your curret provider.
