Z1 compact cracked screen

Hello , today my screen cracked without doing anything to it , the phone was three weeks old and i didn't drop it once . I had a gel case on it , and a protective screen glass . Can anyone tell me what to do ? Will sony repair it for free ? Because i heard the glass is about 250$ . Ps: I have two hairsized cracks starting from the bottom right of my screen and the touch dosn't work .
