ran the bridge for mac update...took ages but still keep getting the message unfortunately your video has stopped when i power on the phone...what do i do?

try go to settings>>app>>all>>movie>>clear data and uninstall updates and next restart your 4n and check it and install updates using update center

So, after having my z2 in the repair centre for nearly 3 weeks for a faulty charging flap (which isn't covered by manufacturers warranty apparently) It is that little flap on the side that makes your waterproof phone...mmmm...waterproof, Carphone warehouse sent me a refurbished phone...i eagerly picked it up on a Sunday and took it back to my home, powered it on and was greeted with the message...unfortunately your video has stopped. Now, i was told that this was a quality checked, refurbished phone....it couldn't possibly have been checked if the first time i power it on i get a fault message. and apparently it isn't one that can be fixed by pressing buttons. Also there is a discharge problem with the battery...100% charge in morning...40% by lunchtime...that is with no load put on it.

Here I am with a 2 month old phone on a £38 per mth contract over 24 mths and I now have a phone that is worse than the one that I originally sent for repair

Surely there must be a consumer rights issue here?

Help me people please....either help me fix my phone or recommend a legal recourse

I have had most makes since the advent of the mobile phone but this Z2 has to be the worst that i have ever owned. To me it epitomises a company who in essence have a great product, don't do enough R and D on it and unleash it to a hungry market wanting the next greatest phone. it falls down on so many levels. it isn't robust, the software is flakey, and the support and customer relations are non existent....cheers Sony

so much so that they unveil the Z3 2 mths after revealing the Z2. Let me tell you something, the Z3 is already having problems...don't buy it...it is a Z2 in disguise. Wait for the Z2000000...it might have caught up with the other guys by then

Just got my 3rd refurbished phone from carphone warehouse....that is inside 2 mths from new. Get it home plug it into imac and get the message to install software...so far yippee..message, there is an update..load the update...crash!!!!  Send me a refund guys FFS this is the biggest piece of doodah i have ever had the misfortune to own

I have had the z2 for 2 mths and am now on my 3rd refurbished phone of which i have only had a working phone in my hands for 3 weeks...I decided to ask o2 what the recycle value of my phone is so that i could get shot of it, £200 for a working phone, that just goes to show you what people think of them, i have never seen a depretiation on any phone as bad as that. This is supposed to be a flagship phone, they are being advertised in thier droves on ebay for about £250 but nobody is buying them so that leads me to believe that others have found them to be useless as well.
