Xperia Z3 compass problems

Hi,

Yesterday I needed to use a compass so I installed one from play store.

Impossible to use it so I try some others and it's the same with all versions

I can't calibrate it so I update my phone with sony companion with a factory reset.

Now when I launch the compass app It says it cannot be used because my device doesn't fullfill all needed requirements.

Do you know if we have accelerometer and magnetometer (compass)?

With Dial(phone app) - *#*#7378423#*#* > Service Tests > Compass > it says this device does not support the function...

Any suggestions?

I've checked your link but my compass doesn't work at all

I've tried a repair but it doesn't resolved the problem.

Like I said before :

I really don't know what I can do. Is it an hardware failure?
