Xperia Z3 bent

Hello guys! I was using my new phone Xperia Z3 when few days ago i remarked that it has  bent. Just after 2 weeks. Next after few days the back screen cracked. It's a nightmare. Can i give back my phone for gurantee? Photos before cracked.

On a side note, The only way the phone can get bent is with an external force, either you sat on it, or you hit it, or drop it, but it can't bent on it's own.

There was a long post on users claiming that their phones were bent, but again, you have to contact your local Xperia Care.

I have contacted with my local Xperia Care. They didn't cover this by guarantee and told me that i need to pay 250 dolars for repair.  What's More beacuse of this curve the back cover is now broken. You are selling nice peace of sh*.

New phone for 600 $ and what i get i wouldn't call a phone. First and last smart from SONY. I should definitly buy iphone. This company were ashamed about bendgate and they were giving new phones.:smileyalert::smileyalert: THANK YOU

If somebody is LOOKING information about Z3 bend... it's true! Don't buy Z3!

Lol I've had my z3 for nearly 8 months. And it's as straight as an arrow. Don't misuse your phone. And it won't bend. It's simple physics.

Any phone will bend or break if you sit on it or do other extremely dumb things with it. One of the things the Z3 can't be accused of is being easily bendable. There are a ton of videos on youtube showing you can't bend it by normal means.

Now the question is, which extremely dumb thing did you do with your phone? Please respond so that other users will avoid repeating your mistake.

of course it's not covered, thinkg about if, if you drop the phone, and crack the screen the warranty won't cover it, if you sit on your phone and bend it, the warranty won't cover it, as simple as that.

Are you out of your mind? Selling phone which you can't put in your pocket?  Doesn't make any sense.

You can put in your pocket. I put mine in my front pocket all the time but I wear loose jeans or I keep it in my jacket pocket.

These phones keep getting thinner, this is the downside of having a sweet thin phone. At least until they start making them flexable.
