Xperia Z2 data rate limitation

Hi

I got my Xperia Z2 2 weeks ago and made a contact with a 3G network for 8Mbps internet speed. after inserting simcard in my phone for testing internt speed, it shows just 0.4 Mbps (I did the test for serveral time in different places and different times). But when i put the sim card in my old phone and test the internst speed. it shows 8Mbps. pleeaaaaaaseeee helpppppp. anybody had the same issue?

You need to change network mode to 3G first.
