Xperia z2 at high ISO

Hey guys I just shot some pics of a moving fan at manual mode at 3200 iso to get the fastest shutter speeds but there is a horizontal black pattern in them.. This problem is at all iso 800 and above..

Is there something wrong with my device or is this a problem with all xperia z2s

Could you post some pictures here or upload them to box or dropbox and post the links here.

You can also use timeshift to take pictures of fast moving objects. 

If you are using manual mode > sports, the pictures will get darker.
