Hi. I have Sony Xperia Z. There was a touch issue, have taken it to service center. They have replaced the handset. Now I have got an refurbished Xperia Z whose power button is loosened, speaker is outputting low sound What is the replacement policy? Are we supposed to get a new handset or a working, used handset?
