xperia z lockscreen music widget

Since i updated my xperia z c6603 to android 4.4 kitkat i cant see the music widget on my lockscreen when the music is playing. I have tried all the methods given by nearby sony centre but it wont help me. Please give me some solutions for it. Tq

Hey, yes i checked my device and i got the smartkey app. I uninstalled it and now my xperia is fine.. Tq

Just in regards to this, on 4.4 you have an option in the security section of settings to enable/disable lock screen widgets which can cause this.

What are your thoughts about this forum? Let us know by doing this short survey.
