Xperia X10 mini does not turn on

Help me please.
My Xperia X10 mini (E10i) does not turn on, only vibrates one (1) time by pressing and holding the ON / OFF button but shows nothing on the screen.
The PC recognizes it but only in Flash Mode to try to repair with the PC Companion tells me there is no software available for my team. When I connect the charger the red LED only lights but also does not show anything on the screen.
Sorry for my english, I'm from Venezuela. Here there is no Sony Technical Support.

To perform a system repair - This will factory reset your phone

Switch off your phone and unplug from Pc (Hold volume up and power for around 10 seconds)
Start PC Companion and select Support zone then Update my phone/tablet then in Blue Repair my phone/tablet and follow the onscreen instructions - When prompted connect your phone still switched off holding volume down or back button - This should start the repair or reformat process

If you are using Windows 8/8.1 or a 64bit operating system then adjust the settings for PC Companion and run in compatibility mode and chose Windows 7 or XP

Now that I had tried before, sorry for not pointing that out. But PC Companion tells me that the "Engine Upgrade Software Sony does not have available for your device".
