xperia tipo dual problem

I have a problem with my sony xperia tipo dual, I can make a phone call with my phone but i cannot hear anything and the opposite person can hear everything i speak and also I can hear clearly only when I turn on my loud speaker, I am having this problem since 1 week and i dont know how it arised, I tried updating my software but even it dint work and everything else works fine... so please help me fix this problem
