i have been consisitently facing video hang problem

video get stucked but sound play

Does this occur with videos in your memory or on the internet?

What type are those movies and what player are you using?

Video got stucked and sound only comes when ever i play whatsapp videos on T2 utra dual, it happens with all videos that are saved in internal and external memory. I am using MX player and default player of handset. I went to customer care but they failed to solve it. I feel very depress having that problem, while in my Samsung device videos works perfect without any hitch.

Let me know your android version and is this problem coming only when ur using whats app or for any video??.. If only in whats app den update your whats app and check else give try to software repair again

I am using KITKAT 4.4.3 and it happens with all offline videos, whatsapp is up to date and i reinstalled it, i even tried software repaired and master reset too.
