XPERIA T2 Ultra not working

Good day, I flash Lollipop in my T2 Ultra but after rebooting this happened. Phone did not reboot.
- When charging there is no led light.

- No vibration, screen not lighting up.

- Pc companion and Flashtool can't detect my phone.

THERE IS RED LED LIGHT WHEN I PRESS THE OFF BUTTON ON THE SIM PANEL THE LED LIGHT BLINKS TWICE ONLY THEN NOTHING HAPPENS PLEASE HELP ME!!!

connect the phone to a wall charger > press and hold power & volume up for 10 seconds > let it charge for 3 hours

:((( Well I tried flashing it ion recovery but I accidentaly formatted "boot" folder but after that I flash the rom should that restored the files in "boot" already? By the way Im not unlock on bootloader. PLEASE HELP!

You can't boot into recovery, xperias lack this option

Can this phone still run? :((( The "boot" I was referring to is from the clockmode recovery from XZDualRecovery for T2 Ultra, abefore I flashed the rom from recovery I accidentally formatted the "system/boot" (I think that was it) but after that I flashed the rom should that restored the files from it??? can this stiill work?? PLEASE HELP me. My only phone...

Most likely you will lose your files, try to reflash your phone once more

O tried that first solution you gave me and that is: "Connect your phone to wall charger>Press&hold power plus vol up for 10 seconds>ley it charge for 3 hours."

But after that nothing happened. It did not boot. 

While charging and pressing that power+vol up for more than 20 seconds it just blinks twice and after I let it charge the red light is gone.

Im on Locked Bootloader I'm not unlock.

Can't seem to flash this phone. When i press vol down when connecting to flash tool or Pc companion it doesent detect it. at all.

Then windows shows installing drver but wasn't able to finish it. What is happening please help.

Plus The phone did not vibrate even after holding the power + vol up button for 10 seconds. HELPLPPPPP
